Manufacturing Faclities of Raw Ferrous Castings(A) Raw Ferrous castings are manufactured at the facility equipped with following machines.
Foundry
Capacity: - 3000 MT / P.A.
- Hot Blast Cupola 24 inch;
- Medium frequency induction furnace 250KW and 550Kg;
- Pneumatic moulding machines- 4 units;
- Shot blasting machine- one unit;
- Mould boxes of various sizes; and
- With a complete Ferro lab, for testing and analysis.

Manufacturing Faclities (B) Machined components in castings, forging and bar stocks manufactured at the facility equipped with following machines.
Capacity: - 100000 Components/ P.A
- CNC turning centre: Q turn 260/1000. 250mm cap, with Fanuc system;
- CNC turning centre: Mori Sekhi sl-2 cnc turning with Fanuc controller;
- Lathe machines. : Shimoga model no-1, 3 numbers;
- Lathe machine. : Equipped with electronic m/c tool. d.r.o.;
- Heavy duty lathe machine: 300 mm centre height and 2500mm bed length;
- Drilling machines: 4 in number, pillar type with auto feed of 40 mm capacity; and
- Tapping machine: 14.00 mm.

Manufacuting Faclities ( Integral Low Fin tubes)(C) All types of integral low fin tubes in Carbon steel, Stainless steel, Copper, Copper Nickel 90:10 /70:30, Admiral Brass, aluminium, brass with internal fining and external fining both. They are manufactured at the facility equipped with following machines.
Capacity: - 550000 Meters / P.A.
Fining type 6FPI to 40FPI- Internal fining
- Tube Fining machine: SPM Hill type design 20mm Capacity. 6 metre long;
- Tube Fining machine: SPM Hill type design 22mm Capacity- 8 metre long;
- Stress relieving furnace continuous type;
- Profile projector-10X & 25X;
- Tube hydro testing equipment for capacity of 90.00 kilogram/ Square centimetre;
- Tube bending machine, for U tubes; and
- Abrasive cut off machine- 14 inch cap.
